Frequently Asked Questions

We are based in the Augusta, Maine area and typically service a 40 mile radius.

We typically respond to service requests within 24 hours and can usually schedule service appointments within the same week.

We can provide materials and supplies for an additional fee, or you can supply your own materials if you prefer.

We have an established trip fee.  For residential customers the trip fee is deducted from the job cost once the job is approved by the customer.

We take safety very seriously and always wear protective gear when necessary. We also follow all safety guidelines and regulations for each job.
